Built By Family. Trusted By Neighbors.
How We Started
Spectrum Home Maintenance was founded in 1981 in a small Pennsylvania garage with a simple goal: build a company that homeowners could trust and create a reputation that would stand the test of time.
The Next Chapter
In 2001, Greg joined the family business and helped lead its next chapter of growth. By fostering strong relationships with homeowners, suppliers, and industry partners, he expanded the company's reputation while staying true to the values it was built on.
Looking Ahead
With the third generation now part of the business, Spectrum Home Maintenance continues to look ahead without losing sight of what built its reputation. Aidan is learning the trade alongside his father, ensuring the values, craftsmanship, and personal service that homeowners have trusted for more than 45 years continues for generations to come.

What We Won't Compromise
Relationships Come First
Every project starts with trust. We believe clear communication, honesty, and treating your home with respect are just as important as the finished result.
Quality Without Compromise
We never cut corners or rush the details. Every kitchen and bathroom is built with the same care and craftsmanship we'd expect in our own home.
Proudly Family-Owned
For more than 45 years, our family has been personally involved in every project. When you choose Spectrum, you're working directly with the people behind the name.
Built with Trusted Materials
Quality starts behind the walls as much as it does on the surface. That's why we use trusted products and materials built to perform for decades to come.
